sure... you need wheat and grains in your diet so go for it :)
well kind of but there high in carbs
If youre going to eat bread then you should eat wholemeal or grainy breads. They have a low GI (glycemic index) which makes them much healthier for you than normal white breads.
Whole WHEAT
A low-carb diet has no bread. If you're just counting calories, not necessarily fat and/or carbs, go with whole wheat bread.
Honestly though, if you intend to lose weight... lose the bread.

no way... i'm a work out freak, and count calories. all whie foods are bad, pasta is white, dairy, whit bread etc. wheat is the way to go.. and depends how much bread , it's ok like to eat a subway bread, i think that would be it for the day...
