i would say the cashew, they contain protein which is needed to grow muscles. steer clear of the cheese stich, it is full of saturated fats because it is processed cheese, not real cheese. nutri grain is good too, good for your digestive system.

a nutri grain bar has quiet a bit of fat, so does cheese sticks but even though cashews are oily they are a better option because its natural oil which is good and the body needs it.

I would do the cheese stck. I try to consume less calories at dinner than I do at breakfast and lunch. nutri-grain bars have a lot of sugar and cashew are very high in calories. I'd eat a LITE cheese stick.

go with nutri grain or a small yoghurt

They are all fairly healthy. Choose whichever one is most appealing to you and will keep you most satisfied between meals. This way you are less likely to go for a second snack or feel deprived.

go wiht the cashews.. or better yet.. salt free walnuts
the ymight have loads of calories ..but they are extremely fullfilling... and nuts are one of the essential food you need if you want muscles
they more protien thna the cheese or the bar..for every gram of protien, i think there is 7 caloeries.. but the nuts also have monosaturated fat... which is REALY good for you! (a small handull of nuts is enough)
