Answers: I just startin havin it but i cant stand eating it and im fat will it make me lose weight

No. It's a meal replacement, not a diet aid.
If you want to lose weight, eat only fresh foods (nothing in a box, a can, or a bag) and make sure you move your body somehow. Doesn't matter how - dance around the living room, take stairs and skip the elevator, walk instead of the bus - just make a decision to always choose 'the way that moves' and you'll lose weight and feel better by summer.

No, but it tastes great! I'm addicted.

Not really. It can but you have to be disciplined and not eat other stuff too.

Nope.

Nope.

Yes it helps to make you not get hungry i have done this before, matter of fact i am going to do it again tommorrow

No. The calorie content (ie:sugar) isn't going to help you. A liquid meal of any kind does not automatically equal weight loss.

Food doesn't make you lose weight...having a negative net caloric intake does. And that crap has too much sugar in it anyway. Go eat some good whole grain granola or cereal/oatmeal for breakfast instead.

if you cant stand eatin it then dont

no hun u need to just stick to a regular diet!

It doesn't really make you lose weight but it's pretty filling and prevents you from stuffing your face full of fatty breakfast foods like sausage or pancakes which WILL make you gain weight.

No. You lose weight by taking in fewer calories than you burn. Exercise and healthy eating=weight loss.

In some cases it will help to lose weight, but it all depends on starting weight. Depending upon your weight now you might lose weight or in some cases it has been known to make peoplesick, but it mostly just taste gross.

the only sure way to lose weight is eating right and exercising correctly....but go see a physician first before you do anything such as exercise and a nutrionist to correct your eating habits to a healthy way......good luck!!

exactly what i was thinking wen i started dit=eting. nope not at all. i mean it can help if ur going to the gym and eating halthy. so i just tryed weight watchers. i lost a lot of weight. deff do weight watchers. u can but cook books and theyre already made food

i just looked it up and everything I found was about caff. So if this product is full of caff(????Im not sure if thats true) then coffee should be a weight loss?

no, eating less and moving more makes you lose weight. but if the carnation instant breakfast is part of you plan to eat less, then yes. The most important part of previous sentence was the word "plan."

They dont tell u this on the box because they would lose many customers but u lose 5 pounds a day if u soak the instant breakfast in water for 45-50 minutes before heating it in an oven on 350 for an hour as apposed to 5 pounds a week the normal way.

Exercise will help. don't eat the fake stuff if you can't eat it. I lost 15 eating an all sushi diet. but thats after my body got used to the rice. eat alot of fish no thick white sauces, eat whole grains and no sugary snacks for a start. if you don't lose at least 5lbs. then you should talk to your doctor. its really easy for anyone to malnourished themselves on a diet. so please be careful and don't make any drastic changes to your diet unless it's doctor approved.

No it won't make you lose weight but it helps you lose weight if you use it as a meal replacement

No-it can do the opposite, make you gain weight. It is high in calories and fat.Making it with skim milk helps cut some of the calories and fat.

? but did u know that not eating brecfist makes your body eat your musils
