Start by going to a doctor.
It is really important, if you want to lose SOME weight, to do it slowly and properly. Don't get on that stupid 'diet' roller coaster now, or you'll be riding it your whole life.
If you set a goal to lose 20 lbs a year, you'll be slim, healthy and strong - and set for life - as you become and adult.

eat healthy and excersize atleast 30 minutes a day

It could be bad, severity determined by how tall you are. Cut out most fats from your diet, and try to get 30-60 minutes of exercise every day.

it really depends how tall you are...like weighing 105 pounds if you are 5'0 is normal but so is weighing 200 if you are 6'0. be more specific!

swim its a great way to lose weight.

Follow a high protein moderate carb diet. dont totally cut down on carbs as it will drain you out of energy.

eat every 3-4 hours -dont skip a meal as this does not help in weight loss in the long run.

avoid processed foods( white bread, cookies, pastas etc) and rather eat natural foods ( atleast 3 helping of fruits and veggies). though try avoid eating potatoes.

eat low fat diary products.stop eating junk food and especially sodas.

Boy ,you are BIG. You will be over 300 easy by the time you are an adult. all I can say is work out and don't eat so much.

just excersice more at least 3 times a week, and go for the healthy food instead of the greasy. Any green food is better than pretty much any thing else ! :)

Cut out soda and deserts, those have a ton of calories. Walk as much as you can, even if it's just parking further away at the store.

If you're over 7 feet tall, you're perfect.

well, eat better and exercise more, only eat till your not hungry, take stairs more then elevators and escalators, balanced diet, take up a sport, eat whole grain bread instead of white, don't eat creamy dressing,

Depends. Is this all fat or is this muscle. Fat=Bad Muscle=good. Oh yeah also it depends on your height. If your short then wow thats very unhealthy. I would first cut down on meats and eat more fruits veggies things like that. Excercise plenty. Good luck!

get on a diet and figure out a health plan.
exercise daily for 30 minutes.
try a program like la weight wacthers or something
