Does anyone know any good diets???!


Question: I am not the skiniest girl in my class and in about one month our class is going to do some sailing and I will need to wear a bathing suit so I need to loose some weight before that.....

I used to wonder the same thing.

Lately I've been using a program from

It has a great food guide with a bunch of healthy meal plans, and the
workouts are probably the best I've ever done. I've lost a good
portion of my gut.

You totally control your cravings by eating more nutritious foods
throughout the day with lots of fiber and healthy fats and protein.
Great way to stop cravings. Good luck!

There are many diet programs out there and beleive me I have probably tried at least 10 of them, All I can say is on Feb. 14th I weighed almost 275 pounds. and now I weigh 245, thanks to Herbalife. Eat a little less, and exercise. Make sure you are eating enough, though. Check your RDI and stick to it. Eat a healthy, balanced diet, avoiding things that obviosly aren't good, like soft drink, lollies, chocolate, cakes.

Don't avoid "carbs" it is so stupid not eating bread, potatoes and pasta as all of this is good for you!

Go without food for one day during the month.
Do single leg squats, chin-ups, push-ups for 5 mins a day.
Avoid soda or anything with high fructose corn syrup.
Eat oatmeal with 100% maple syrup. Eat apples, oranges, banannas and whole wheat bread. Drink milk, OJ and plenty of water. Eat chicken, string beans and mac cheese.
Eat fish.
Do not eat fast food or salad. Eat whole wheat type cereal such as Shredded Wheat or Wheaties. Eat cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots.
Don't lose too much weight too fast or you'll have loose skin.
