Muscle inconvienience?!


Question: hi, im 13 years old, about 5'10 and waigh about 180 (girl), but i am VERY muscular! i guess i am a little fat, but i am VERY active in sports and eat pretty healthily! some people say im fat, but if they feel my legs or my arms they are in total aw by the muscle. I would really like to wear a bikini this summer, but i look fat in one, but im really not! what can i do to not look fat or loose some waight?

just do cardio to shed some of the extra fat. run on a treadmill (this is what i find easiest at least) for about 30 minutes at first, and then increase to 45. it depends on your own fitness level, but go at the speed which you think is just a little bit of a challenge. i'd say the idea frequency is about 3-5 days a week. Start with 3 then increase to 5. Once some of the fat is shed, that six pack of yours will show up, or those leg mucles and you'll rock that bikini! good luck!:]]

yikes...im sorry but you are really fat......you say ur muscular....do u lift weights? cause thats just a turn off for guys...if u do that then stop...and work more on ur cardio....infact..all u should do is cardio...
