Ok i feel like i ate too much today but i don't know?!?!


Question: i'm 5'3 about 110 pounds a female and 18
breakfast -
stonyfield organic low fat yogurt
organic granola bar

lunch -
sugar free hot choc packet - 60 cal
another granola bar
apple

snack -
coffee frap light - 130 cal
small salad with fat free dressing(1tbl)

then i took my dog for like an hour or more walk - at least 4 miles

subway 6 inch no cheese turkey sub with mustard
then for dessert my grandma made this "mud pie" thing and had my dad bring it to me because she knows i like it so much so i would say i had a medium size slice - it was like a square

and i don't know if i should eat anything later tonight if i'm hungry - maybe just like a soy milk?

It depends on what you want. If your on a diet, then you ate too much. If yourr not, then your fine. Never eat after eight, it's just not healthy. If you get real hungry, have a glass of some sort of fruit juice. If your really in need of some food, have a few pretzels.

is there no one else out there who can give you attention?

maybe just an apple or grapes or nuts or something really small with no calories or anything if you get hungry.

i don't think you should eat anything else today. it's not good to eat late at night anyway.

It doesn't sound like you ate too much at all. If you're hungry later tonight, you should have more then just soy milk. Have an extra piece of mud pie or something. You sound like you ate great today :-)

hmm u didnt eat that much protein? thats what usually fills u up if i still feel hungry after dinner i usually eat some popcorn it does not have too many calories and its a whole grain!

If you trying to lose weight follow the basics

Eat 3 times a day and drink lots of water, if you want to skip meals skip lunch not breakki, and no junk food or bread

A small hand full of almonds with a glass of water always curbs my appetite and they are so good for you. If you feel like that isn't enough later have an apple! how bad can that be?
