Lack of energy- need suggestions please...?!


Question: I'm loosing my energy real quick lately. Trying to keep my eyes open during the day- but I just feel like sleeping the whole day. I try to take a nap- but doesn't make me feel better, just more sleepy. I'm only 21.. I shouldn't be this sleepy. I've tried cardio- as hard as it may be to get going, and even a half hour through- I'm just drained.
what do you think I should do? No caffeine please- makes me jitttery and yucky.

Hunny I'm going threw the exact same thing, I'm 23 and constantly drained from an hr after I wake up in the morning until bed time! I hate it, and am trying to exercise daily but I get so wore out, that I feel like I just might pass out while on the treadmill and start snoozing! I've heard eat fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, but its not always easy doing that every single day if you arent use to it or dont really like it that much. I'm trying real hard myself to drink more water daily. Good luck, try eating healthier and drinking more water. Maybe after doing so for a week we will feel much better! :)

I'd like to know this too. I'm the same way -- caffeine or not.
