Not sure but you can go to www.dailyplate.com and enter what you eat and it will count your caloric intake based upon what the foods you've eaten. It helped me watch my caloric intake and offered support.
Add up how many calories are in the milk (depends on how much milk you put in) and how many calories in 2 sugars (how ever much that is). I am guessing it is about 150-200 calories (once again, depending on size).
It's about 11-15 calories per packet + 9 calories per tablespoon of milk.
i used to have trouble like this wondering how many calories were in everything but then i realised its silly you only live once so enjoy yourself. obviously be healthy but have fun!!
i am not entirely sure but why worry about a cup of tea
if you are really worried change to semi skimmed milk with one sugar.
after all tea if better than a fatty food
