What do you guys think of my workout plan?!


Question: I'm 15, 130 pounds.

+ 15 Pound Dumbbell Deadlifts (3 sets of 15)
+ Bicep Curls (3 sets of 10)
+ Regular Barbell Bench Press (85 pounds, 3 sets of 6)
+ Sometimes Push-Ups
+ Dumbbell Shoulder Press (3 sets of 10)

Is that really good, decent, or bad?

Is that really good, decent, or bad?

It depends how often you are doing them...You should always leave a day or two of rest between your weight lifting workouts in order to let your muscles repair themselves. If you do it every day every day, you might hurt something. Also you might think about adding some cardio to your workout routine, along with abdominal work:)

This is a good for stregthning, however you should always try to team strengthning work outs and aerobic workouts for the best results.
