Fish Oil??!

Question: Do you guys know anything about fish oil? I heard it's very good for your bones. Does any one know how frequently you should take it for a 10 year old?

I take a fish oil pill about twice a day.
The reason I take it is because I am trying to lose weight and it is suppose to help speed up your metabolism.

I would say to take one or two a day.
