Question: OK so this summer I have this big family reunion. The thing is I haven't seen my cousins for like ten years now and I want to look good. I'm not really fat but I'm not skinny. I just want to get skinnier without taking pills. I need a exercise plan and meal plan, without having to give my email away or give any money. So if you have any suggestions, plans, or websites. The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio cardio cardio! Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
