Well, this wont built too muscle, the running will get a little bit of leg muscle but not much, it'll mostly be better for cardio and using energy. The 25 pull-ups a day also wont build too much muscle over three weeks. It's hard to say how much it will build, but it wont be much, barely a difference... If your looking to build lot's of muscle you should go to the gym everyday and workout with weights for 20-30 minutes a day.

save up like 30$ and buy some weights at walmart. if you throw some curls into that schedule, your arms will start looking bigger in no time. you can also use these weights to add to the weight on calf-raises which will make your calves bigger. and you can buy some whey powder (14$ at walmart) to drink after your workouts to add more muscle. eat lots of protein!

good post-workout drink (blender):

some milk, a scoop or 2 of the whey powder (vanilla is better), some ice cream and half of a banana.
