diets suck because your body does not get the nutrients you need so you will have cravings for foods to fill them. try healthy but light....like soups and salads. combine that with walking with weights and you should tone up nicely. (if you dont want the neighbors to see you then you can always walk inside from room to room for say 30 minutes a day while listening to music to keep you motivated.)

I have and I have tried it once eewwwiee.... diets are not good... that soup made me sick eating it once... eating the same thing over and over is a no no... just drink ALOT OF WATER it is the best thing and eat healty no junk food .... 4 to 5 times a day eat little portioned healthy meals... :)

thats sounds like a very smelly diet.

its a fast method of loosing weight, but after a month u will gain back all the weight u lost while the diet, better to go with exercises and small foods for 5-6 times a day... all the best
