High metabolism, Im the samae way 5'9 and 122 lbs, and I eat junk food like crazy!

Do you want someone to smack you?

thats a good weight to be

thin is in
and healthy

good for you
dont complain
yer prolly HOT!

i dont know. but i think you should eat more.

you have a high metabolism. Be happy about it. You probably won't gain a bunch of weight when you get older like most people do.

Umm IDk but try eating protein shakes and protein bars they should help. a average weight for you is about 115

u r lucky! stop complaining! I'm 5'4" and I weigh 165. I wish I were as thin as u!

you just have a vert fast metabolism. If you are really worried about it you could see a nutritionist. They can set up a meal plan to help you gain a few if you would like. and it would be healthy weight

You do cheerleading and ballet but not much exercise??? How is that possible.

You must also have a fast metabolism. I wouldn't be to concerned about WHy just enjoy it.

Genetics + Diet + Exercise = Your weight.
Some things probably affect you more than others

Wow, maybe you are just naturally skinny. Like if you're parents are really skinny it probably runs in your genes. Or maybe you exercise more than you think! Is cheerleading practice like every day for a couple hours or something? That may be why, I don't know, but you're lucky!

you have a high metabolism....

maybe is your metabolism

...High metabolism rate. You're active obviously, and with that, your forced into over-drive. Your normal diet may not be a normal one since you are in ballet and required to weigh a whole 3 pounds. (No offense...) my partner used to be in ballet and was only allowed to be 100 pounds. It's unhealthy. But I would just assume that. If you'd like to gain weight, increase your carb and starch intake. That may help.

This just means you have a high metabolism and dancing gives you a dancers body.

Fishing for compliments?

It's probably just genetics. If you want to gain weight, eat about 500 calories more per day. Just do it in a healthy way. For example, add a smoothie and a banana with peanut butter. If you want to, talk to a dietician.

Yeah do you want somebody to smack you. I hate it when skinny people complain about being skinny! I think they do it on purpose just to rub it in everyone's faces!

A woman's waistline may have less to do with rigorous exercise and abstaining from sweets than it does with the genes of her parents, according to a new study by Prof. Gregory Livshits from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University and colleagues from King's College in London. Dr. Livshits and his colleagues have found a scientific link between the lean body mass of a woman and her genes. They've determined that thinness -- like your smile or the color of your eyes -- is an inheritable trait.

Prof. Livshits, whose findings were published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (2007), says, "The bad news is that many of our physical features, including our weight, are dependent on our genes. The good news is that women still have an opportunity to go against their genetic constitution and do something about it."

high metablolism.

skinny doesn't mean that you are unhealthy.its your body requirement that how much weight it can have.you don't exercise much, this is the reason why you are so skinny.
for eg. if u have to load a truck with 10 ton that you need a truck whose capacity is 10 ton ,similarly its with your body ,if you want to look like a heavy set then you have to tell your body increase its capacity load more muscle, this is done with help of exercise (heavy exercise).
do heavy exercise and take adequate rest and protein diet

EAT TRUST ME THAT IS HORRIBLY SKINYY!!!!!!! TAKE CARE XXXXX
