uhhhh no. 10 lbs of pure muscle in a year is pretty much possible. you got to remember pro bodybuilders add about 10-15 lbs of pure muscle in a year. so 10 lbs of pure muscle in a month is pretty damn hard. dont always look for a quick fix. sculpting your body takes years and years but take photos and see the progression that your body is going through.

No, if you read this in some magasine or some other article it's not true. Ive fell for similar claims and its not true no matter how hard you work. And the thing is you can toverwork your muscles and give them time to recover within a span of a month to gain 10 lbs of muscle

I think it is lots of protein and exercise
