Does Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid really work???!


Question: so...as I age...I can definitely feel the slow down in my metabolism...and from 5 days a week work out to a 1~2 days a week work out........I want to drop a few pounds before the summer hits

and was wondering if anyone taken Acetyl-L-Carnitine and/or Alpha Lipoic Acid?????? did it work for you?
below is the one I was thinking about getting....please name some you've taken, or give suggestions...thanks

I've taken similar product as well...lipoic enzyme works good
with exercises and you can also try drinking white tea or green tea that shreds and break down oil inside of your body as well....

Ok, I don't know anything about lipoic acid, but I do know that Carnitine is very effective. It causes your body to use fat for energy at a higher rate, not only promoting higher metabolism, but also to fat loss.
As far as your days in the gym, you need atleast 3. Work back up to it, don't let your body tell you different.

ive tried a similar product. all the nutrients in it are very ffective for fat loss etc.
GNC is not really pricey. But good choice. good luck with your dieting, training.
I have taken Nutrex lipo6 and has been the best.
When taking fat loss supplements make sure you diet strictly for a very minimum of 4 weeks extend to 8. do not take them more than that because you may experience some minor side effects.
