What are some small steps or convenient things I can do to excerise and lose som!


Question: This has helped me get a flat and curvy stomach, I bought some healthy food like fruits and veggies.

150 crunches

150 jumping jacks

50 sit-ups

20 push ups

15 minute run

swimming and dancing to the music!

just start swimming,every day one or two hrs.it is fun and you will not only loose weight,also you will build up beautiful strong mussels.
if you do not have pool go to community pool.do not wait.it is summer time start it now.and see the result.your whole attitude will change.
be care full for the sun burn.use sun block.i simply swim in the morning or in the evening so the sun is not so hot.

how about Walking... Yes Walking make things wonder on your body, you won't even know how much you can reduce on your daily walk. but wait! walking only won't help, walking and dieting together make your body in a dramatic way, I don't know how much you are aware of this, but i did, yes i lost around 85 pounds . but
what kind of a diet will make you to reduce weight?

Increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables. More physical activity will help too. Don't skip meals - you'll get too hungry and then probably overeat.

start by catching public transport, get off a stop earlier if it is safe to do so. take the stairs, get up to change channels on tv instead of using the remote, sit up straight, drink lots of water.
Once you get in a habit of going that little bit extra, start walking more vigorously, go for walks when you are bored, walk to work/school, to the shops etc. its amazing how it adds up. Unfortunately diet and exercise come hand in hand, so in order for your exercise to give optimum results, maintain a healthy, well balanced diet, lots of fruit and veg, whole grain cereals/breads/pasta, dairy (low fat or skim), fish, eggs, nuts etc.
