U have the right idea, running, and working out chest. But u only have bench pressing. This site has tons of chest exercises and shows u how to do it. Good luck getting ur titties smaller:)

Unfortunately, you cannot target fat loss through specific exercises. In other words, doing chest exercises will not help reduce fat in that area of your body.

Fat loss occurs in the body in a general fashion.

To lose body fat, you will need to create a calorie deficit by reducing your calorie intake and burning calories through increased physical activity.

The 'best' exercise to burn fat is still cardiovascular exercise.

Resistance training exercises such as push ups and bench press that you mentioned, will help in minimizing any lean body mass loss that may occur during calorie deficits, and may also help in keeping your metabolism elevated.

So continue to include them by all means, but body fat loss is best achieved through nutrition and cardiovascular work.

All the best,
Herve
