How can i remove certain fat?!


Question: i have excess fat in the sides of my body. i dont know if they called hips but they loom nasty! how can i lose weight from this certain area?

okay well first off your pics not gross :)

Second, there are a number of ways to burn fat from certain sections of the body. If you're thinking bout tummy---definitely crunches, sit-ups, etc. You will feel the burn on your abdominal area and that's how you know you are burning fat from there.

You can't target areas for fat loss.
Your body does it on its own, it will pick a pre-determined area. Its decided by genetics.

Those are love handles. You cant loose fat in just one spot, you loose it all over your body. It doesn't matter if you do 1000sit ups a day, you wont loose fat just in the that area alone. Drink lots of water and do about 30mins of cardio a day.
