I hate being so vague. But how can i work out and lose weight while still obeyin!


Question: I'm not allowed outside of my piece of property, and running on a treadmill makes me anxious and irritated. What's some good cardio i can do? (or any workout for that matter)
Any diet/healthy eating plans out there.
I need help to stop sitting on the computer and get fit.

for exercise maybe you can buy or download some kickboxing routine? or buy a tramp. 5 min on a tramp = 30 min on a treadmill. and it is Grrrrreat for your body.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up.
Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick a exercise regime you like.
get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.

Exercise - things you can do in side are - skipping, aerobics, dancing,ect.

As for eating plans, you need at least 1800 calories a day. These should come from healthy foods with limited junk.
Don't cut out food groups, carbs are important, and so is fat and dairy and everything else. Just have to eat the right amounts of everything.

i feel sorry for you since u cant get out to the gym, park, or trails

get some free weights and do circuit training

i would try to convince the parents that you are going to the gym to stay healthy and fit or that u want to become a something like a figure competitor.... that way they will let u drive everyday to the gym and they will notice you results and give u more support

best thing to do for weight loss is a combination of cardio and circuit training....
