If you gain weight easily...does that mean you lose weight easily also?!


Question: not usually. the way people gain and lose weight is usually determined by a persons somatotype (body type). there r 3 main body types. the 1st is an ectomorph. this person can burn fat very quickly but has trouble gaining muscle. these people r usually very thin and lanky. the next type is a mesomorph. these people can gain muscle at a decent rate and also burn fat at a pretty good rate 2. these people have athletic builds 2 them. the last body type is an endomorph. these people gain muscle and fat quickly and have trouble losing fat. these people r generally called "big-boned" and make up most of the obese population. now most people fit in2 a combination of the 3 (4 example...im a mix between a mesomorph and an endomorph. i can gain muscle quickly and have an athletic build...but it takes me a while 2 lose fat). depending on what body type u have u can either gain or lose fat quickly

No because people that gain weight easily have slow metabolism and people that lose weight easily have high metabolism.

depends on your metabolism rate. the part where you gain weight the most/first is the hardest part to lose! damn!
