I need help on loosing weight quickly...what are my best options?!

The Cabbage Soup Diet. Works fast. I heard it's used in hospitals for heart patients or something, but I've seen it work. Don't cheat though and only do it for a few days at a time.

I don't know about quick, but there is this guy that comes on the TLC channel his name is Paul Mckenna and he says "I Can Make You Thin" through the tv, think the website was like www.tlc/makeyouthin. He teaches you about cravings and emotional eating so that you can control yourself. I think he uses acupressure points and mind over matter,or hypnosis. You should check it out. Good luck.

I always started my diets with either the cabbage soup diet, or the 3 day diet. Cabbage soup is good for you to do, because it cleans you out. WHich is needed every 3-6 months. But after that, go on a low calorie diet. I'd suggest 1200-1600/day

Basically, maintain a balanced low calorie diet and combine it with aerobic exercise at least four times a week. It's hard to be specific without knowing your current physical condition and medical history. Consult your doctor for advice before starting on a weight loss regime.

Look-up the Master Cleanse. It is a pain in the *** but it's great for your entire body and the pounds come off quick.

Sometimes you have to suffer to get the results you want from a diet.

If losing weight was fun, wouldn't everyone be thin?
