Getting skinny?!


Question: How quickly would I lose weight by running 6kms (3.7miles) every morning? I usually only eat a small lunch and dinner because I dont really get hungry.
Oh and Im 161cm (5"3) and 62.2kg (137 pounds). My ideal weight is 57kg (126 pounds), would running be a good way to achieve this? What else could I do?
