Getting skinny!!!?!


Question: How quickly would I lose weight by running 6kms (3.7miles) every morning? I usually take my dog for an hour long walk every afternoon too.
I usually only eat a small lunch (if any lunch at all...sometimes im just not hungry enough) and then dinner. I dont really have a big appetite anymore.
Im 161cm (5"3) and 62.2kg (137 pounds). My ideal weight is between 55-57kg (121-126 pounds), would running be a good way to achieve this? What else could I do?

drink like 8-10 glasses of water
ummm
lots of veggies and negetive calorie foods
(most veggies and fruits are negetive cal)
stuff like that.

well using a punching bag is one of the best exercises and sports that have constant activity are good but besides those running is among the best.

If you exercise that much and don't eat for it, you are going to have a difficult time losing weight.
