How beneficial is eating healthy/organic? (including whole food bars, vitamins)?!

Question: If I eat ALL organic, no dairy ( or very little; I have asthma), exercizing, drinking lots of water, and also taking whole food supplement bars and vitamins, will this make a strong impact on my health?

If I keep the healthy stuff up, like the green tea thing, get my antioxidants, flavonoids, among other things up, and just be VERY careful with what I eat,

will this change my usual grumpy, stressed out, and always coming down with a sickness and taking FOREVER to beat it , never feeling at 100% self, asthmatic, anxious depressive self,

to a much healthier person?

Also, if I ever indulge or screw up in my health-diet, and eat ice cream or fast food or overeat,

does that ruin it all, or is it still okay?

I need some major diet advice, and if anyone can explain if its really serious or not to make sure that EVERY thing we put in our bodies is 100% healthy.

I mean some say, life is short, eat whatever, moderation.

Others are Nazi about it.

Any advice?

Yes, you will be sooo much healthier. You feel so much more energized and just, well, amazing when you eat healthy. I was also "asthmatic, anxious depressive self" before I started eating healthy. Now, I feel so much better. I don't know if you're talking about switching to a vegan, vegetarian, or just a healthier diet but yes, you do feel a major difference. I'm currently trying to go from vegetarian to vegan. It's hard but it's worth it. And if you do "mess up" and eat junk food then don't feel bed. As long as you don't make it a habbit it's OK. Actually, you'll be able to feel the effects of that kind of food on your body after eating a healthy diet for a while. About a week ago I went to a gathering and ate a ton of greasy, fried foods. I felt so sick for a couple days after that. I would suggest switching to a vegan or vegetarian diet for a couple weeks just so see how it feels. Trying to eat healthier is a great goal but if you still eat some dairy products and some meat, you still get all the chemicals, pesticides, hormones, and anibiotics in those foods. I really hope I've helped.
