If you eat just the eggwhites in hard boiled eggs,how many aday is safe?!

The cholesterol in eggs is contained in the yolk, so eating a lot of egg whites isn't a problem if you want to increase your protein intake. You can compare "egg white" and "egg yolk" online on the USDA National Nutrient Database...

However...if you want a lot of protein without fat, you're better off eating something like chicken or fish. 100g of chicken (with fat and skin removed) or tinned tuna contain 23g of protein...you'd need to eat six and a half egg whites to get the same amount of protein!

Protein is essential if you want to build up your muscle bulk.

If by putting on weight you meant bodyfat rather than muscle, then nuts are a healthy way to get lots of calories. 100g of most nuts contain around 650 calories, so they'll make you gain weight, but the fat they contain is the healthy, cholesterol-reducing kind that's good for your heart. Or you could slather loads of peanut butter (no added sugar or salt) on your toast!

3 eggs a day is recommended

Yes, each egg contains 6 grams of protein, so eat as many as you can handle, don't kill yourself of course trying to do it, but if you want to eat a whole dozen.....feel free, you won't die. Dont listen to that cholesterol bs, you're trying to gain muscle, so do it!

I would only be concerned about cholesterol if you are planning on making this your permanent diet. I wouldn't worry if you are just trying to bulk up, if anything the worst thing would be the gas it would give you.

Egg whites are almost 100 percent protien. I'm no dietician but I would think that unless you have to restrict the protien in your diet for some medical reason you could eat all you wanted to.

Yes colestoral is a problem. Health wise eat only free range or organic eggs. Eating to many eggs can cause an alergy to eggs. If you want to gain weight, Eat at Mc Donalds. But then you wont be healthy either.
