Eating healthy/losing weight?!


Question: Well i have started a diet about 2 weeks ago...its salad in the day time and cereal in the night time if im still hungry.
i feel like i gained more weight instead of loosing it!!
what is going on with me?
now i just eat what i feel like i need.

15 years old...
5'11" feet tall.
227 pounds.

Your metabolism is shutting down. If you do not get enough calories this is what happens. Eat more, just eat healthy.

Ok first off YOU HAVE TO EAT AT LEAST 5 TIMES A DAY!!...and CEREAL is SUGAR and sugar before bed is BAD!!...dont eat3 hours before bed and if you do feel hungryyy stuff yourself with fruit and veggies and ALOT OF WATERRRR....cardio for 30 mins a day is a plus!

keep those cereals to the morning and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggie for other meals..keep a close watch on your protein intake and at least brisk walk an hour or 2 daily to speed up results..
