I'm a fat person. can someone help me solve my problem?!


Question: i have a crush on a girl at our school and she said she will like me more if i become a slimmer person. i'm planning to court her once i've become a well fitted person.

Well first off you should lose weight for YOURSELF not for someone else.

Bulimia or anorexia is NOT the answer! That will only screw your system up even more.

Moderate your food intake. Cut out any junk food (chips, candy, sodas, fast food), high sugar items (juices are a big one besides candy/soda). Drink more water as well.

Eat until you are not hungry (don't eat until you are full). Increase your veggie intake, don't eat too much pasta (but don't cut it out all togeather), balanced diet. Some people think eating more is bad, but making sure you get 3 meals in a day is good! Oatmeal in the mornings (or a low sugar cereal), perhaps a soup for lunch (or a salad, or a light sandwich), and not a huge heavy meal for dinner.

Besides a diet change you need to exercise to help your body burn fat. Start with perhaps walking more (Cardio in general is great). If you can do some running as well. Burst runs are great (run a bit then walk when you need to break). Crunches to work your stomach. Cycling is also a good one to do.

Hope this helps, and think of it this way. IF you do this for yourself and keep it up, you are doing it for your life. You are improving your overall health!

heres some steps my man.

1. Buy a Treadmill, no **** that just started jogging its cheaper.

2. Start smoking, a lot.

3. Isolate yourself in a room for 28 days with only water, every 3rd day roll over, and re apply. also every 5th day put butter no margerine on your skin and allow to sink into your pours.

seriously man . was a serious question cause thats just ridiculous. She will probably never like you.

the only person who can help you is you yourself. the very thought that you want to lose weight is a really good sign. do as follows: walk briskly for 45 minutes everyday. stop eating pizzas and burgers and any junk food. drink 10 glasses of water. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. and when you feel hungry munch on an apple or your favorite fruit. you will definitely lose a lot of weight and stay healthy

Don't date someone who will only go out with you if you were different. If you really want to chance do it for yourself. However, if this girl can be used as motivation for being healthier, then go for it :o)
Take it slowly and modify what you eat and how much excersize you do. There are plenty of websites that help you do this in a healthy way.

STAY THE WAY YOU ARE! You shouldn't change for someone else because they say you should! If that girl would only go out with you if you lost weight, than FORGET HER! You could do so much better! Find someone else who likes you for who you are!

forget about her! She only cares about your looks so don't even bother. Date someone who cares about you! (not how you look)

you may like to try eating less,such as smaller amts.at each meal. drink lots of ice water to reduce your feeling of hungry and give your body the the right kind of fluilds it needs.

if she likes u she wouldnt ask u to lose weight.that should be something u want to do because of your health and just for u. That jus shows how shallow she is. If u do lose weight do 4 u and i bet more gurl will like u too

What you do is not-eat for as long as you can. If you can't last very long, a good substitution would be bulimia. To execute the act of bulimia, you need to push your finger down your throat until you feel a gagging sensation. At that point, you will proceed to vomit. Most effective if over a toilet or sink. Repeat untill you feel pretty.
