How can i Lose Fat in my hips and thighs?!
Question: I read that if you are a pear (like me) you have to be careful on what exercises you do so you dont bulk up. I do regular cardio on the eliptical and i walk sometimes..but what exercises can i do to lose fat?

jogging, running, or climb a mountain
treadmil,walking and jogging
I learned in anatomy that dispite all these crazy complicated diets that the media puts out, losing weight is quite simple. All you have to do is burn more calories than you take in. Then excersize the problem areas.
You can do cycling as it is the best exercise to lose ur fat in hips & thighs.Cycling is the best.
