Why do I feel VERY hungry the day after I exercise?!
Question: I exercised last night, and even though I had breakfast today it feels like I haven't had anything. And I had breakfast just 2 hours back.

it's because you used up all the sugar and burned all the fat from yesterday's exercise. you should eat more to be able to get a balanced diet.
um..cause you just burned off 400+ calories perhaps?
