Is boxing a good way to lose weight?!


Question: yes it is. Boxing isn't just punching and moving around it is the best and hardest training you can do b/c it incorporates all types of fitness. for more information on boxing join a boxing gym where you can learn a lot. I strongly suggest to join an actual boxing gym as if you go to one that is just for fitness they will give you bad habits about how to properly defend yourself. even if you don't fight it is still better not to go to those classes b/c they will only hamper you and not push you to your best. for more information on general fitness and on nutrition got to crossfit.com

yes it is, make sure you do a lot of resistance work, on the heavy bag, and jump rope too.

I'd say the preparation for boxing is a great way to add muscle. You might lose some weight in the bargain, if you reduce your calorie intake as well.

yeah it makes you work hard, will make muscle as well as lose you weight tho, so if that isn't what you want, maybe try somat else
