Question: What would happen if i stopped eating food and just drank pop. As they say..as calorie is a calorie..so i would be fine? sugar yummm

I once dated a girl that tried to live on pop and crackers. She was sick all the time and asked me why? I told her she needed to get some nutrition to fight off disease and that her diet lacked nutrition. She got angry at me. Told me I was trying to make her feel guilty. That was not my intent - I wanted her to feel better and not be sick all the time. I don't think she understood that though. I just pray that you will though.
Unortunately, your body is made of more than calories. Would you want to consist of a giant blob of fat?
