Whichever is easier for you to do and to stick with it is what you should do.

I do almost the same thing. I found that if I get in some cardio first, I have built uo a sweat and got my heart going.....therefor....pumping me up for some weight lifting. If I lift first, I feel like Im missing something.....Cardio!....But everyone is different.

It all depends on what your goals are. I do five minutes of cardio before my weights, and then jump back on the treadmill for 10-20 minutes after the weights because you will burn way more calories AFTER lifting than before. But it really just all depends on what your goals are.

I dont think that you should do them both in the same day you are going to end up breaking down your muscle mass that its not going to build at all, because you are not giving it enought time to recover. Do cardio every other day and lifting inbetween.

Good Luck.

Lift first. As a matter of fact if you do extended sets with little rest between them, that is great cardio.
You really won't lift very well tired form cardio anyway.
I always just warm up intensely for about 20 minutes, and then lift weights.Usually on a stationary bike.

You might wanna lift first. I don't know, I'm too tired to lift after cardio so I do it before. If your main focus is to lose weight rather than put on muscle I think you're fine. Otherwise you might wanna switch them. You'll have more energy while you lift. As a matter of fact, that way you'll have depleted yourself of carbs and while you do cardio you'll burn fat instead of carbs. Hah, I don't know if that's true or not, just guessing.

depending on your goals
if your goal is cardio aerobics
do more cardio first

but for ultimate fitness level you need
then
do 5-10 min cardio as warm-up
then do lift-weight.

because
lift weight you lose a lot of sugar in your body
and then do cardio or I say aerobics (lower level of cardio 15-25min)
your body deplete sugar (which primary energy source)
then your body must use FAT as primary energy
then you will lose more unwanted body-fat.

women spends lots of time on cardio machine but
if you look them closer they never change body appearance
cardio alone never change your body curb.

but cardio eliminate stress anxiety from work/job/family
women tends to hold more stress than men
so
again that is depending your goal.

it's best if you warm up with at least 5-10 minutes of cardio before lifting so that your muscles are more flexible. As long as you get at least 30 minutes of cardio, it doesn't matter.
I always do cardio before weights because I time my runs (I run marathons as a hobby, so I run for distance and time). I don't think it really makes a difference, unless you are a professional athlete
