you should eat more for breakfast, and add a salad for dinner.
For breakfast, you can have oatmeal, cream of wheat, whole grain toast, yogurt, an egg- basically, whatever you're in the mood for, as long as it's not fried and sugary.
Replace the Italian bread with whole grain bread- complex carbs keep you fuller longer. Skip the Luna bar- it has lots of sodium and preservatives. I used to eat them, but I got disgusted when I actually read the label. Eat real food instead- a small cup of soup, some chicken or turkey, tofu, salad (not all together).
For dinner, add a salad and ditch the chips. Despite being made from soy, they are still junk food. A salad will give you fiber and vitamins without the sodium and the preservatives.

Yeah, that's very healthy!! But maybe hold off on the cheese, because cheese is pretty high calorie. And instead of 2% milk, try skim.

I think maybe you should concider eating more at breakfast and lunch. Especially breakfast. Also, be careful of using meal replacement bars all the time, they really are not as healthy for you as "real food" I suggest stocking up on more veggies at lunch and dinner

try wholewheat bread instead of white bread ,you need some veggies in your diet, you should use skim milk ,also drink plenty of water and exercise the demons! and no sugar
