Losing 7 pounds by May-middle of June. Is it possible?!


Question: I've gained some weight over Christmas holidays, and I would like to go back to being my normal weight. I want to lose at least 7 pounds by the end of May-middle of June (It's April just to let you know).

Is this possible?
Do you have any good tips?
What to eat?
Help would be greatly appreciated =)

It doesn't appear you would need to lose weight. But of course it can be done. Eat in moderation.

* Make sure you have a breakfast in the morning once you wake up within 30min. If you don't, then you shouldn't have anything for 2hrs.

* Drink lots of water & have a serving of fruits & veggies every 2hrs.

* Go for a brisk walk after dinner for an hour.

You can do it in that time frame, no problem.

That's very possible. That is approximately one pound a week, a little less. Eat 250 calories less then recommended (around 1400) and burn 250 calories through exercise daily. Good Luck!

Definitely! Eat less fat. Walk a couple miles every week, exercise well - bike riding, crunches, sit-ups, push-ups, just overall stay active!

Eat four small meals a day and walk at least a half hour a day. You will see it come off fast.

the heathly way to loose wait and not get it back is to loose 1-2 pounds per week
so you'll deffinetly be able to do it
just eat healthy and treat your self lightly at parties
