Please tell me a good diet chart? I am 20yrs, 62Kgs and 5ft 11inc?!

Are you trying to gain muscle or lose bodyfat?

Try eating at least 6 small meals throughout the day, this will cause a fast metabolism to stay in an anabolic state instead of eating 2 or 3 large meals, just makes you feel like sleeping afterwards. (Catabolic = muscle breakdown)
Avoid eating carb rich foods after 8pm, your body cannot use it, it gets stored as fat - select protein instead.
Carbs during the day when your body needs fuel, protein in the evening to repair muscle tissue
