Is regular Sweet Tea just as bad for you as Soda?!

Question: What is it in Soda that is so bad for you?
And does Sweet tea have the same effects?

Soda has alot of sugar and acid. Tea is a better choice but I would drink it in moderation. I love sweet tea its my favorite drink besides water lol.
