maybe try mixing herbs tea with water and at least some veggies...such diet, if lasting longer then 1-3 days is very harmfull to your body. ITs called cleaning, and can only work as a help to start a good processes in your body but cannot last long as it will give totally opposite effects. Some people say it should be followed by enema to clean toxines that your body wont get rid of cause of lack of food. Do they write about such stuff at all in modern magazines or books? Anyway, ive heard about watermelon cleaning diet, it might last a little longer then being only on water, but also is very radical, and you can lead it ONLY under control of a doctor, as any other radical diet, including the one you mention. Also, theres other side of drinking too much water. Its been seen and proven that drinking too much water, a lot more then regular, like 20 liters and more, might cause chemical shock in your body, which might lead to death. Drinking little less causes your kidneys to work too hard, while drinking too fast causes actual dehydration (YES!), as water cannot be properly absorbed, too much water also causes loss in electrolites which are one of major thing in your body! But i assume there is not much chance you'll drink 20 liters of water a day;) Usualy docs say to drink not much then 6 liters. As for drinking itself, not doing it too often, like every 5 minutes, and also small sips is best. I guess going to some nutritionist or lurking their forum would be good for reliable information.
P.S to detoxify your body its better if u mix water with herb teas and fruit juices, like orange, pineapple, tomato or watermelon.

Eating just one meal a day is stupid and will hinder your progress.

Try eating 6 small balanced meals per day. That will keep your metabolism revved up for fat loss.

well, when your hungry, your supposed to chug a bunch of water and it fills you up. And in case ur wonderin, your body can go up to i think about 2-3 weeks without food, but not without water, so the water diet is fine. And the water chugging will fill you up so that your not hungry anymore and you wont have to eat! GoOd LuCk!!! :)

drink more water, feel fuller, lose weigght

i have heard of water therapy to detoxify your body for which u r supposed to have a lot of water in the morning and then go for brisk walking the first thing in the morning. even throughout the day u aresupposedto drink a lot of water( i think it is 5 lts. in a day). i was also told it helps in weight reduction but i dont know the exact statistics.

Drinking lot of water is really good bcoz that will help to flush all toxins out from your body. but my question is how long you can be on water diet which you mentioned, i don't think it is adviseable what you are doing right now.
