What weight should i be at to be HEALTHY?!

it's reasonably healthy in regard to your height, eat more fruits and vegies, drink lots of water and exercise

i'm 5'9" male at 144 lbs, yet i still got fat on my belly.

well all i can say is.. if we do give our very strive and focus on dieting, we can overcome the weight problem. i prefer gym, but i don't have the energy and time, so i dare not to suggest you anything since i myself don't have the good looking body yet. but i heard from my friend, running is the most simple thing to do when you want to burn calories.

always drink water when u feel hungry between meals and snacks,

meal plan eat this diet every day........................

breakfast- one dessert bowl of porridge with fruit (limit the sugar), also one piece of toast. and one hot drink.

snack- two piece of fruit

lunch- two healthy sandwiches (lettuce,tomato,a little mayo, and thin slice of cheese,maybe one slice of meat)

snack-two piece of fruit

tea- 1chicken breast ,hand full of salad (lettuce, carrot, cheese,tomato, capsicum,avocado,cucumber) 1potato OR instead of salad have a handfull of colwsaw ,
(what i mean by handful is your hand size bottom of your palm to top of fingers)
(TREATS ONCE A WEEK ONLY HAVE ONE CAN OF YOUR FAV FIZZ DRINK WITH ONE SMALL CHOCO BAR)
it worked for me

also you should probably do like half an hour to a hour of exercise a day (i use to walk for a hour every day)
if you want to tone you might look in to a gym or personal trainer but i couldn't afford that so walking works lol

its not going to happen over night i say 3 months if you do this diet and maybe push the exercise abit more

also you could accelerate it by taking this supplement called sprilina (its green smells gross) but take 6once a day and that boosts your weight loss

please dont eat anything else or snack on other junk foods if you going to try this diet otherwise it would prob be a wasit of your time

At 5'11 your ideal weight would be 177 lbs so you are probably about 35 lbs overweight.

Perhaps you could investigate the Atkins diet (you can get a whole book on it from health stores) and the vegan diet as they both have a high success rate.

The Atkins diet includes all animal protein and the vegan diet exludes all animal protein.
