Advice on how best to lose weight after easter?!


Question: I'm a vegetarian but i don't eat fish either. I'm 13 years old and there's no way i don't get enough protein lol. This is probably a stupid question but People tell me i'm not fat but just after easter i feel like i could lose something. I don't know how best to do this or if its even adviceable. I'm an hourglass but some people said after you lose weight you lose that shape but i don't want to lose a load of me or anything. I tend to put weight on my thighs and hips and lower part of my stomach, just below the hips, and a little on the back of my arms. I'm 5'6 and i weigh 9 stone. i think that's 130lb not sure lol. Running is uncomfortable i really can't run and so far all i've cut out of my daily diet is crisps chocolate and cake but before easter i had an operation so i want to take it easy.

Well since you are a vegetarian you are extremely healthy! so here are a few tips to loose 3-5 pounds a week.Take is slowly cause you sound fit and healthy! and when u get the results you will feel great!

-Have a few Carbohydrates a day and good fats like Pasta,Nuts,and natural dried fruit
-Drink 4-6 glasses of water a day.This will burn calories naturally
-You can have a cup of Coffee,Hot Chocolate or green Tea a day but have it with breakfast (i will explain why just now)
-If you crave food just chew a piece of gum or have a glass of water
-do 20 minutes of cardio a day,which is fast running.you can burn 400-700 calories a day
-Do crunches and weights,gets your lower stomach toned and your arms tight!
-Eat eggs,good protein
-Have plenty of fruit and vegetables (Well I bet you do any way LOL)
-You can have a slice or 2 of rye bread a day or brown bread
-you can still eat cheese..make sure it is LOW FAT and lean
-eat high fiber cereals like Special K,Oats and Wheat Bix
-Eat nice weigh-less soups
-Eat 1000-1300 calories a day
-REMEMBER to stay fit and active,swim,dance,sing like theres no tomorrow,just have fun!!

Try this for a week,you can loose 3-5 pounds a week!

Breakfast:
a bowl of special k (the one with red berries or add some dried fruit to it) and an apple or banana and have ur cup of coffee or tea or hot chocolate (the fiber in this meal and the hot water from your drink will make ur stomach work)
Snack: a provita or a piece of fruit
Lunch: 1 or 2 slices of rye bread,lettuce,tomato and a slice of cheese and a special K bar
Dinner: Rice,roast vegetables and some noodles
You can choose to have your snack before lunch or before dinner.Please remember your water and exercises!

Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
