I eat a ham cheese peppers and tomatoes omelette everyday is this healthy or unh!

Question: All of these things in your omlette are healthy and foods that your body can use.

However, what you need to remember is to watch your portion sizes. You can gain weight eating good things too!

I would recommend using only 2 eggs, or 3/4C of an egg substutite, no more than 4 oz of ham and no more than 2 T of cheese. You can put as many veggies in as you want but a typcial serving of veg is about 1/2C. Also cook your food in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil or cooking spray instead of butter.

Although you are having veggies in your omlet, your eatin gtoo much eggs. Everyday is too frequent to eat eggs. They are high in cholesterol and that is bad for your heart. It may taste good and be your favorite breakfast but you need to eat it in moderation. How about you try cutting it back to maybe twice a week??

it is always better to eat every thing in moderation, it depend how many do you eat per day and also how it is been cooked (oil, butter, salt)? I know that eggs are very high in colesterol so just make sure that you do not over eat for your own sake!

Eggs are supposed to have good protein. Maybe cut out the cheese, but definately leave in the peppers, since it is a vegetable. I would eat it every once in a while, maybe three times a week, instead of every day...but it is definately better for you than sugary cereal or pop tarts, lol

How many eggs are you using? I think 2 is ok, and you could even cut it down to one. It's true that eggs have quite a bit of cholersterol, so you should cut down on other sources of it (like meat). If you're really worried, switch to an egg substitue like Egg Beaters.

If you are love to eat omelets, I would like to suggest to you that buy the egg boxes that cholesterol have been removed. Choose veggies instead of ham and cheese. If you love the cheese, choose health cheese such as 2% fat milk or health choice, etc... If you love ham, why not use premium ham such as 98% fat free instead of regular ham. Of course, if you choose healthy oil. They should be fine to eat everyday, if you are choose them wisely.
