It does not help you lose weight. You should make it a practice to develop a good habit of walking, standing, and sitting with your abdominal muscles tight. For every 10 seconds it equate about 1 sit up.

Try it. Today, make a conscious effort to keep your abs tight. By the end of the day you will feel like you did a lot of sit ups.

Plus, it greatly improves your posture.

It wont help you lose wight hun, this takes exercise and a sensible intake of calories but it certainly wont hurt, even if you take 10 mins out of your day to do some sit ups or crunches you can only benefit in the long run, good luck hun xx
