Best way to gain weight and muscle?!


Question: im 24 and 165 pounds i use to take eas's
phosphagen hp in high school and had decent results, i was thinking of getting some more and eas's mass factor aswell . would that be a good option or what would be some better supplements?

personally i never used eas, but muscle milk by cyto sport has given me nice results.

supps prob help with mabye like 5-10% of your muscle gains if that. the best way to gain muscle is by stickng to the basics. First of all u need to count calories to make sure your eating enough. find your maintainance calorie level and add 500 to it. you need to make sure you eat at least that amount each day. dont forget to make up for calories lost during exercise. do really heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, dips, chin ups, etc. keep the weight heavy enough so u can do no more than 8 reps. 6-8 rep range works best for me. avoid overtraining at all cost. that means workout each muscle group like once a week if thats what it takes to avoid overtraining. i have found i gain the best after a week off. you could do 2 days a week fine. get 8 hours of sleep each night. thats pretty much the basics. as far as suppliments, i would take ON or EAS Whey, creatine, and a multivitamin.
