How can i get an easy 6 pack easily and chest muscle?!

Question: 100 sit ups a day, or a set of 50 once in the morning and then 50 in the evening. Make sure you eat protein right after your workout. An excercise ball always helps with the situps.

you can get a 6 pack FAST at 7-eleven

no easy way to do it, you have to bust it at the gym - if it were easy, we would all have one. sorry, wish i had a better answer

its not "easy"...its "simple.....progressivley overload your muscles with weights too grow bigger and you need to put in some time for cardio to burn fat

Thats an easy one. SWIM. swimming is the best way to get muscle. strokes like the "butterfly" will get you abs and chest muscles. Try taking up a swim class at the ymca or somewhere in your community. It will help a ton. u can even just teach urself and go to a pool and try it out.

not so easy if you don't have genetically muscular
but here is what you can.
chest fly (machine or dumbbells) then do bench press or push ups. this is called pre-exhaustion
regular bench press if you don't have strength your triceps
they will get tired before stimulate chest muscle.

for 6 pack. you do at the first then do it again between set in any exercise and last finish up
so eventually you do a lot of abdomen work
do crunches, hanging leg raises, twist.

and you have to work on diet
eat balanced diet meal 3-5 times a day
3 solid meals and 2 snacks
drink lots of water.

and last
do cardio after workout immediately for 10 min.
don't need to do this hard but slow pace that way you burn fat more.
