It is possible to lose 30 pounds but its not so good for your body to do that within a month, you would over work your body, start getting dehydrated, some people even get sick or faint so i would say take easy, start by cutting down with the sugar, eat more fruit and veg, drink plenty of water, each morning try and do exercise like jogging, press ups, sit ups, but you can also have fun in the afternoon by doing team games like basketball, football, tick etc, try and have salad, low fat, pasta meals also salad snacks every day, and if you have to have dessert, then try some fruit, whole grain cake or biscuits with low fat and low sugar! if your struggling with stress try some yoga classes!! i am only 13 years old, so hope i helped !!!:) all the best. it's possible but not healthy. healthy is like 10 pounds. 20 pounds if you work your butt off. but if you wanna lose 30 pounds in a month you'll have to go through starvation which is never good because it screws with your metabolism and you'll gain weight easier in the future

u r not a robot. so dont even think about 30 pounds a months. 10 is a good number for this i guess.

You should lose no more than 1-2lb per wk and if you lose more you are only dehyrdrating yourself and this is not realise. It takes months to put on 30lb and it, if you work at it can get it off in the same time. 3 months is realistic

It's possible, but unhealthy.
