Weight loss help, i need some good advice on diet pills?!


Question: I pretty much dont know what to do anymore. Im 23 n I work in the morning and have school at night 3x a week and sat morning. Im always tired and i need to exercise!! Im thinking of quitting work so i can take care of my weight.
Im going to Europe in June and i need to loose about 35 lbs. Im 5'9, i have a large frame, i will never be a size 0, i think the smallest i can be is an 8 or a 6, I'm a 13-14 now.

What can i take? Do any diet pills work? Also i am dieting, i do great throught the day but at night i need chocolate, or something sweet so i give in, i hate myself afterwards..ugh!

Im a mess, ive been overweight for the past 2 years, on n off, joined a gym, stopped going and now its expired. I can't afford membership but i do have an elliptical at home, plus my fiance has a weight bench, so i guess i can do something there.
How do u get the motivation back? If i take diet pills will they give me enough energy to do it?N if you know of any good kinds that work fast...

I did Cylaris..and in about one month lost ten lbs.....I did however do pilates dvd's atleast three times a week for the first two weeks..and did not snack late at night at all! I drank plenty of water....and started to eat steamed veggies much more...I stopped eating anything in a can...except for tuna fish...Well the bottom line is..I don't eat fast food at all. Ya know..the obvious stuff that's bad for you. After a couple of weeks, your body gets used to the new way of eating, and will then reject anything that's considered junk. So you won't crave it anymore. I think the elliptical will be great...You could dp one of the Self magazine challenges..they give you great recipes, and great workout routines too! and show you videos of how to do the excercises too, so you have good form. Well, I hope this helped...OH! I almost forgot I started also drinking a lot of yerba mate tea...it boosts your metalbolism, and has many vitamins too...definitely a big aid in weight loss.

You need to watch what you eat. There are many products out there. I would recommend you not do anything that makes you lose fat fast because there is a high risk of getting what you lost back and then some. Stick to a good diet and moderate exercise for starters. I would say 3-4 times a week
There are healthy food bars you can eat to fix the chocolate craving.

Valentina, please do not take diet pills... it is very harmful to your body. I think you should aware of this.

Try to follow a healthy and balanced diet. If you follow a health balanced, with sufficient exercise, you should be able to lose weight easily.
