Answers: It's difficult for me and it's easier said, than done.

there are two ways to avoid cravings:

one is to make sure you are eating all the food groups.carbs protein veggies
the other Glutamine powder. 1 tsp in one glass water am/pm. This is great to improve nutrient absorption and can help overcome cravings

i also tend to have a fuller meal, to avoid having a dessert. no room left!

sex

chew some ice

you should try that cereal with the chocolate in it

Go brush your teeth. Really! :)

Try drinking some tea with honey, juice or milk :3 Or try chewing some sugar free gum. Hope this helps :3 Good luck :3

Eating fresh fruit instead...

Eat sugar.

sugar free gum
expecally if you get a juicy flavorr
and its ggod for your teeth and only 5 calories

I use fruit you get the sweet attack over with and they are health.

GUM! or whiped cream, its sweet but few calories!
or drink water everytime to feel you need somthing sweet..beter yet brush your teeth! and you wont have the craving!
=D

I think only time can help you with you sugar cravings. I think it takes 2-3 weeks to stop them once you stop eating sugar. You will feel better once you do though, after an initial heachache. You won't get that low sugar feeling so much and will feel much for even. Just don't replace your sugar intake with caffeine.

take a shot of orange juice. It works like magic!!

When I decided to lose weight (I mean REALLY decided), I focussed on what I needed to do. Avoiding sugar was a fundamental thing so I just toughed it out and avoided sugary food and drinks.

If you would like substitutes, try artificial sweeteners, diet soda, sugar fee gum, fruits (fresh and dried) and fat free yogurts.

try low GI foods and a chromium supplement (will balance your blood sugar levels) and you shouldnt feel a carbohydrate craving. i lost 17kg doing this (exercise included of course!!)
