Excersising program?!
Question: So I've been lifting for a few years now, and i want to start running to, so i can get cut instead of just bulky.
My question is:
Is it better to run before or after you lift? Will doing one affect the other's performance? What do you recommend.

Run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for top level fat burning.
Always do your weight lifting with food in your system.
So Ideally you run in the morning and then eat a large breakfast then do your weight workout a little later.
You will tend to lose muscle mass if you focus on distance running. Keep your runs short and intense minimize muscle loss and speed metabolism. If you don't care about losing muscle than extend your runs to 45 minutes or more to burn more fat.
