HELP..... nead to lose weight badly!! life depends?!

but im overweight and i cant get accepted into the royal ballet unless i lose 10kg

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

dont crash diet!
just take it easy eat more healthy and exerciise...
preferrably go to your doctor they will help you bnetter

Eat more donuts, jelly ones. The fruit inside burns more calories than the doughy outside. Plus they taste good.

running or jogging and proper diet would be the best solution......

dont starve yourself just exercise.

try this homemade method-
In the morning before having any other meal drink a glass of hot water with 1 spoon honey mixed in it.
And aside form that do skipping at least 1000 times and dont consume junk food.

This is how I lost weight.

Stop drinking soda, just drink water and only eat steam veg. and fruits. Jog every morning and before bedtime. Make sure no junk food or breakfast bar at all. You will lose weight for sure.

Don't worry. It's not that hard to loose weight. And there's alot of ways of doing it.

Before you loose weight, just remember, that you're gol is to loose weight so you can accomplish your dream or whatever. So you are going to hae to work to loose weight. Its a choice you make.

Okay, so bfor your food, just count your calories. Find out how many calories you eat maybe by going to

Then, if you usually intake like... 1,000 calories a day, then for a couple days eat 900. then go to 800. Then 700 or something.
Good foods to eat are broccoli, and other "negative calorie" foods, because since they take more calories to digest than they have, you actually loose weight by eating it.

Maybe make sure to eat three meals a day, at the same time each day. And don't make the mistake of skipping breakfast, because its good for you. Eating breakfast works your matabolism so you can loose weight during the day.
NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STARVING YOURSELF, EITHER.
When you stare yourself, the weight just stays on your body, because you're not getting any nutrients or anything.

For exercise, you're a ballerina, so you know about stretching. Stretching definetelly helps you loose weight. Maybe first thing in the morning do some stretches. Try loosing more calories than you burn.

There was this commercial I saw, and it said that like... if you replace two meals with two bowls of Special K, you'll loose 3 pounds a week. So if you do that, and exercise, and watch your other meal, you could probably loose around 6 or 7 a week. If you try hard enough maybe ten. But 6 or 7 is a great start. Even 3 or four is.

Oh yeah, and ofcoarse the drinking 8 glasses of water a day. you go to the bathroom more, so ofcoarse you'll loose weight the more water you drink. And other drinks count in that. Like if you drink 2 cups of orange juice, one cup or cranberry juice, one cup of milk and 4 cups of water, you still drank 8 cups or water.

I know this works! My friend lost 20 pounds so far using Proatol.

How long are you giving yourself to do this? If you expect to do this in a short time, you will be putting a lot of pressure on yourself, and the stress could make you turn to food and possibly even gain weight.

You're a ballerina. That's a beautiful art ...and a discipline. If you're looking to get accepted into the royal ballet you've got a lot of work ahead of you in life, and I'm thinking it is something you really love to do. Keep that in mind when you are about to reach for an unhealthy snack....like cake, candy and the like....you know what to eat, and if you have any doubts - just ask your ballet instructors. They might have some great suggestions for you.

If you're dedicated to ballet, then you're already giving your body the gift of movement. Remember to eat only very small portions of heavier foods....those with cheese or gravies especially....and larger portions of fish, veggies, fruits and whole grain breads. And be sure you're getting enough water. That should be 7 or 8 glasses a day for you because of your activity level.

If you keep your ultimate goal in mind of gaining acceptance into the royal ballet that will help you to reach your goals, keeping your health foremost in mind.

Eat breakfast, lunch & small dinners. Eating breakfast will help keep you from getting so hungry at night. Eating big dinners can put the weight on.

A good & acceptable time-table, less but healthy diet, hygenic food, a brisk walk in morning and bit of swimming/yoga/cycling etc will all do it for you itself...
